VJ and actress Anusha Dandekar was seen in the company of cricketer Irfan Pathan on Thursday night at a suburban five star hotel. Both were having dinner and an animated conversation. A couple of friends also joined them later in the night, but much, much later.
People had already noticed the vibe. When asked Anusha if she was dating Irfan, she denied it, saying, “No, not at all. I know Yusuf (Irfan’s brother) and him really well, so my sisters and I met up with all of them for dinner.”
Anusha further said, “I know both the brothers from before and have known them from a long time.”
However, when asked if Yusuf was also present at the dinner, she said, “No.” Anusha’s sister with a couple of friends only came much later to the dinner. Incidentally the shy Irfan has been linked to many girls in the recent past. He was rumoured to be in love with a girl called Shivangi Dev whom he met during a practice match in Canberra, Australia, in 2003. Irfan was even reportedly engaged her, which he later denied.
Anusha has been single for sometime now. She was earlier dating VJ Rannvijay before they broke off early last year. Are the couple just friends or something’s cooking?
