The long wait of the fans of Mahesh Babu is now over as the actor is back to the big screen with his new film likely to be titled Power.

The actor has not been seen in any new movies since Athidhi, which had released way back in 2007. The new film, on which Mahesh is set to work with Srinu Vytla, is now ready to hit the floors. Srinu is done with the scripting for the movie and the shooting will start very soon.
This is the first time where Mahesh and Srinu will be working together. While the actor has been known for his family movies such as Murari, Nani and Athadu, the director is more popular for the unique entertainment factor of his movies.
Mahesh will be more than glad to work on a complete entertainment film now. And, who would be better than Srinu Vytla for this. This combination is sure going to raise the expectations of the audiences. After the success of Namo Venkatesa, the Prince’s fans will be expecting the movie to have some amusement factors.

It's been a week since he joined twitter and he has got overwhelming response from his fans. In his first post he wrote “glad to be here seems like a cool way to interact with you guys so upclose!!!! ”
Mahesh Babu got warm welcome not only from his fans but also from filmi twitters like Genelia, Rana Daggubati and Sumanth. Pokiri star has already got a whopping 11, 242 followers, and amazed by this, he twitted “Been a week since I joined twitter n more than 10000 followers!WOW..Am really touched..thanks a lot for all ur love..
