Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi had a miraculous escape from death recently!
It so happened that Emraan, who is currently working on Bhatts' upcoming film Crook being directed by Mohit Suri, was shooting for a crucial action sequence on the streets of Australia.
While shooting the scene he met with a accident. However, he survived harmless but the camera, with which they were shooting, smashed into pieces.
Mahesh Bhatt narrates the entire incident on his Twitter page, "While shooting on a Melbourne freeway, Emran was driving at the speed of 60 km. His car went 2 ft off the ground after hitting the camera. Luckily the car didn't go off the road. Since Emran was driving at great speed he couldn't afford to swerve, so went over the camera which smashed into pieces."
This was probably the first scene of the film which they were shooting for, as the film just went on floors. Crook: It's Good to be Bad is a film about a self-absorbed young Indian man to be played by Emraan Hashmi. It is set to release worldwide later in 2010.
