The first look of Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan has revealed that the film has a very Robin Hood kind of feel to it. Farah wants to take this classic tale and revamp the subject once again.
Robin Hood was a favourite not only with adults, but children too. Farah is sure that the children are going to lap up this film. Plus Akshay Kumar has done some incredible stunts in this film and she is sure the film will be a hit with the masses,” said a source.
When contacted Farah Khan said, “Tees Maar Khan is an adventurous saga and may remind the audience of Robin Hood. It is an entertainer just like my other films.”
Kat shapes up for Tees Maar Khan
The svelte Katrina Kaif may have an enviable figure already, but the actress had to work out harder to get the perfect look for her next film with Akshay Kumar, Tees Maar Khan.
“I had to have a really toned torso because of the choli that I was supposed to wear. My trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala, designed a special workout for me for this film. It took me 18 days to get in the proper shape,” says Katrina, who admits that she’d do anything to avoid training so hard.
“When I go for my workouts in the morning, I pray that some important work comes up as a result of which I can justifiably miss my routine. But there are times when I just have no choice but to meekly go for my workouts. One exercise I hate doing is walking on the treadmill. I can’t keep on running in one spot,” she adds.
Katrina, a big fan of yoga, follows a disciplined diet. “I believe in healthy eating. I eat everything, but in the right proportions. What is most important is making sure you get all the beneficial nutrients. I do eat my pizzas and pakodas and Chinese or
Japanese … but in less quantity. For me it is all about eating with care,” says Katrina.
When asked who the fittest Bollywood actors are, pat comes the reply, “Akshay and Salman any day.”
