Mastan’s son sues 'ONCE UP ON TIME IN MUMBAI'

ONCE UP ON TIME IN MUMBAI' has run into trouble once again. The biopic on gangster Haji Mastan has been in the news earlier too, and now, Sundar Shekhar Mirza, said to be Mastan’s adopted son, has sent a legal notice to Ekta Kapoor, the film’s producer, and its director Milan Luthria.

Apparently, he’s asked the company how they can make a film on the gangster without asking his family. He’s also taken exception to the association of his father with Dawood Ibrahim, accused in the 1992 Bombay blasts case. However, Mirza himself has been sued by Mastan’s daughter earlier for allegedly using his name to carry out illegal activities
